Be like the sky. The sky is always the sky whether there are clouds or no clouds. It doesn’t complain. It doesn’t try to stop the clouds from coming. The sky is a good metaphor for the beingness. Your moods, feelings, thoughts, projections and memories and just like clouds passing.

Don’t be a storehouse of memories. Leave past, future and even present thoughts aside. Be a witness to the life unfolding by itself. Be free of all attachments, fears and concerns by keeping your mind inside your own heart. Rest in being. Like this, life is always fresh and imbued with pure joy and timeless presence. Be happy, wise and free. What’s the other choice?

Go beyond everything. Don’t collect anything. A king does not need to go shopping in his own kingdom. Nor does he beg. Remember, you are the Inner reality-pure awareness only. All that arises are appearances in consciousness. Don’t bother with all that. Rest only as the awareness. This is the secret.

Having come so far as to discover all appearances to be unreal, the final obstacle is the identity of the seeker... The seeker says, "I just want to be free, I just want to be who I am. That is all I want now, nothing else." He says, "Please remove the last obstacle," not knowing it is he himself... But all of this has only been our dream-talking, dream-walking, dream-living... Now, through the Master's guidance and grace one must twist oneself loose from this conditioned identity as a seeker by recognizing that it too is observable, and is therefore, phenomenal... The seeker remains dissatisfied and says, "You never answer my questions..." The question and the questioner have been answered, but can the 'seeker' accept an answer or response that reveals its unreality? He says, "Wow, but without me, how can I be found?" And I say, "Without 'you' how can you be lost?" When this is grasped, one has found the master key to awakening.

If you give yourself one complete minute of focused presence, to simply stop: even to listen to your heart beating, it will take you out of your head and introduce you to the moment, which is complete in itself. It is not on the way to another moment. It is not a bridge to another opportunity. It is the timeless perfection. So stop and sink into this timeless moment.

Just quiet your mind, that in itself is Self-awareness. Keeping quiet means being without any expectation, not following thoughts or imagination. It is a ‘move mountain’ focus that is as gentle and effortless as the morning breeze. Then, out of nowhere, the wisdom of your natural state alights, on its own accord.

Nothing to create, nothing to destroy. Breath moving, blood flowing, body is here, senses play. All things unfolding naturally. Harmony prevails everywhere, effortlessly. Listen to the sound of the wind. Observe the stillness and silence within.

No preparation required. There is no need, not even to be. What Is simply Is —timeless.

This silence within, this stillness, lacks nothing, needs nothing, opposes nothing, claims nothing ~ ineffable.'

One day you will come to see and find peace in confirming that all this is nothing but thoughts believed in .. Let silence be your last word.

When we identify ourselves with the sense of personhood, we are much like a wave on the surface of the ocean. Rather than resting in the vast space of pure Being, we have become identified with some kind of passing event, thought, or emotion—perhaps a wave of anger, a particular role in our life, or even our entire sense of personhood. The vastness of Being is like an ocean. Each wave is like a lifetime being played out. Wave is ocean, ocean is ocean, but the wave has forgotten its true oceanic Self. In the play of its rising and falling, the wave dreams that it is separate. In reality “there can be no separation from the vastness of Being. We merely believe we are separate. Yet it is possible to wake up out of that sense of separation in an instant, for the Truth is distanceless.

You are totality. The extension is only where your mind is.
